Tomtigo

Since December 2025 a komplementbyggnad up to 30 m² is bygglovsfritt — but you still can’t tell what your plot or the local detaljplan allows without calling makers for quotes. My first version tried to own the house models itself (too much for one person), so I rebuilt Tomtigo as the layer on top of every maker — compare them on your own land.

Tomtigo pulls your plot and detaljplan from Lantmäteriet, shows what you can place and where, and fires a lead through a Supabase-to-Discord pipeline I built. Most of the design work was leaving things out — address-first, a clear feasibility read instead of a wall of legal detail.

290 municipalities, each with their own detaljplaner, rules that just changed and are still settling — all of it has to stay correct as it moves. So Tomtigo is framed as an honest first read on feasibility, not a replacement for the formal anmälan and municipal sign-off.

I worked through the idea with Claude and directed the build — art direction, brand, product calls — while it executed and checked the work against the compliance rules. It’s live across 290 municipalities and the full flow works end to end; it just shipped, so there’s no lead volume yet — signing the first maker partner is the focus now.
